Hello to all, does anyone have any idea what the latest is on the
GOA v NY lawsuit?
Seems like the vacate process has fallen to the wayside. Just because NY made a number of "technical revisions" allowing armed security guards at places of worship as well as also allowing retired law enforcement officers in good standing to posses a firearm in "sensitive locations" means nothing to the rest of us.
We all know that this is just another game for them to play. All the law abiding citizens in NY State are still left with simply another tyrannical draconian ploy and must continue to walk around "naked" in all "sensitive
locations" !!!
Criminals will still and always will have firearms regardless!! Continuously letting criminals out of jail with no cash bail is what they should be looking at and correcting, not us !!!
This is truly unconstitutional as well as utterly ridiculous!!
Seems as though this is still in the 2nd circuit court and should have been handed over to the SCOTUS long ago !!!
If anyone has any updates on this, please reply.
Thanks for any input, John
