It’s interesting to see how the MSM goes about demonizing guns.

Many of us have anticipated a regulatory crackdown on ammo as a way to attack less approved firearms.

Looks like the NYT is beginning by attacking Lake City ammo: a lot of it has been used in mass shooting events:

Army Ammunition Plant Is Tied to Mass Shootings Across the U.S. - The New York Times

Lake City sells more ammo to civilians than to the Military.

Yeah, I read about half of that.... My reaction was ho-hum.

What about the steel used in guns? Maybe track that down and learn that it comes from only a couple of major steel mills? Or the lead in bullets?

I subscribe to the NYT and, unlike most here, like its coverage in general, but that article is a big nothing burger.

I too subscribe to the Times-and the Washington Post for good measure. For national and international news, you can’t beat them.

They do occasionally go off in silly directions. This is an example.

And [Ford and Toyota or name your candidate car maker] probably transported more mass shooters to the shooting site than other brands. So.... crickets.......
Sounds like desperation to me.
