OFFICIAL (IN-STOCK) 15-22 Magazines

S&W 10 round shorties? I can understand that with all the political talk of gun control, bans, and limits why there has been a run on high capacity magazines...but why are the 10 round short ones so scarce and hard to come by? Not that I can even find them in stock anywhere, but then to see people selling these short 10 rounders for 3-4-5x what they should sell for? That's almost as bad as the politics creating this situation.

Anyway, anyone have any helpful hints on where I can find 2 or 3 of the short 10 rounders, I'd be much appreciative...
 
Man, thanks to this thread I was able to get on some promag's from Impactguns.com. Thanks for the link and repost of the link. I cancelled by order with Promag since I got what I needed today.
 
If you want Factory 25rd Mags, call S&W directly and order them. They will tell you that they are on backorder and cannot give you an ETA.

I ordered two 25rd mags by calling S&W directly on 4/10/13. Just got home from work and to my surprise there were two 25rd mags waiting for me in my mailbox. 19 day turnaround for mags that were on "death backorder". Not bad. Not bad at all!

I placed as SW over the phone backorder today. Ordered 2 25's and a shortie 10. Hopefully I did not shoot myself in the foot with the shortie.

Did the same. I'll cancel my pro mag order when I get the shipping notice from impact.

They prob have the 25 in stock or will be in shortly, lots of people have received them recently.
The shorties will come as a separate shipment when they get them in. I have been waiting on 2 since the end of december. Hope they get here in time to try an Appleseed in July.
 
Thanks guys I just called S&W and placed 2 on order. I was told they should ship by the end of the month. I have 3 Promag 32 round magazines but wanted some of the factory ones as well. If you want the factory ones all it took was a 4 minute call.
 
I just ordered 4 x 25 rounders from S&W and was told it would be "months" before they're shipped so we'll see what happens.
 
Walked int Fin Feather and Fur Outfitters and purchased a 25 round mag yesterday, they had three more. The salesman said sure you don't want the other three, I said no lets leave some for another buyers. Now if someone would leave me a box of bulk ammo on the shelf. I was at Walmart the other day and ran int a gent that was at the gun show selling ammo for $80 a brick, guess what he was buying, the last two bricks they had. I hate gougers, and won't pay stupid prices to support them. To bad I can't reload .22LR.

its 2 per order, few weeks ago, i got my notify when in stock email, i went right on, ordered 2 short, then immediately placed another order for 2 long, no problems.
 
I bought 2 OEM 25 rd mags Sat at a LGS here in Spokane for 18.99 + tax. Shop had about 20 of them and still had some yesterday. Northwest Pawn and Collector Arms, Spokane Valley, WA.
