I have a small quantity of it left, @ 15 boxes or so. Also have about the same amount of their 22 Short as well. Always worked well for me, reliable and accurate. If I ever run across some more I'm likely to buy it!

That S&B is just fine, but what you never want to purchase is the Russian steel-case "Junior" in the Eisenhower green package with rooster logo. Complete garbage from the immediate post-Soviet collapse early 90's era. My Remington 31 single shot needed a cleaning rod to remove the fired cases. I think I have 45 out of the 50 still left in the box.

I've shot a lot of that Czech ammo and never had any problems.

I fired lots of the Russian "Junior" .22LR in a bolt action rifle without any problems. Except it was REALLY low velocity, around 900 ft/sec as I remember. I did chronograph it. It did have a steel case. I think I bought it back in the 90s.

I have also shot a lot of the green box Russian "Junior" ammo. I had a couple guns that didn't like it, mainly sticky extraction. Never had any that the extractor wouldn't pull, just sticky. A S&W K22 required a very strong push on the ejector rod which was kind of a shame as it grouped extremely well.
It worked fine in several bolt guns I owned, ranging from an old Winchester 67 through a newer Remington 581 and several military trainers. The real surprise was that a beat up old Hi-Standard Duramatic absolutely loves the stuff. Still have a small stash of that ammo and the Duramatic still shoots great with it!

One .22 rifle I had was a single shot Remington bolt action,I don't remember the model. It had a bad case sticking problem using conventional brass case .22 ammunition. But the Russian Junior ammunition did not stick at all. I gave that rifle to a friend's son along with a carton of Junior ammunition.
