Old Fashioned "Tea Cakes"

My Grandmother, and my Mother baked them and now my Wife bake these sugar cookies around Christmas. Today was the day, and the house sure smells delicious right now. I was asked to taste test and give my approval, and I did and they are just right.

My Mother, GM, and most of the ladies now at the Church made them.
Later, at Christmas I recall the Mexican Wedding Cookies.
They were made with pecans instead of the traditional amonds.
