ON LINE RE-LOADING DATA

I use the Hodgdon site religiously, as most if not all the powders I have available are Hodgdon/DuPont based.

I prefer Hodgdon/IMR/Winchester powders because of the website. I have printed load manuals to go by, but I like the online access that Hodgdon.com provides. I still use some Alliant powders but I do so in spite of their crappy online load data. I'd try Ramshot powders but the local shops don't stock them and I'm allergic to $20 hazmat fees.

The $20 fee is the low end!
I've seen a site - can't remember now[dammit] that the fee was $32.50!!!!

The current Hazmat fee was raised from $20 to $22.50, not $32.50. But in any case, it's still a ripoff since they don't do any special handling for that money, they just do some paperwork. (another attempt to stop us from shooting)

Appreciate the OP's posts, even though I've got all of those sites bookmarked from other post.
And I don't want to hijack, but what's the hasmat fee for? you talking mail order powder orders?

HAZMAT FEES

I believe the $32.50 fees mentioned above include the shipping fee which is $10.00 for an 8 pound cannister. That was a recent charge to me for 8 pounds of BULLSEYE from/through MIDWAYUSA. COM. Far as I know, the HAZMAT FEE IS STILL $22.50.

So they consider powder a hasmat that needs special handling? Wow, I only bought at stores before. Glad to have the info before I ordered some over the net.
Is the Hazmat fee adjusted based on weight, or is it the same for any ammount of powder?
