Howdy All...I need some assistance with the value of a pistol I have and may trade. It's not a S&W but the folks here are the smartest on any forum...Its a blued, carbon steel Kahr K9 that according to the serial # was made around 2005. Its is excellent shape mechanically but the finish has some holster wear on the high points. This is the first one of these I have had and have no idea. I seem to have misplaced my "Blue Book"...Thanks for any opinions!

I'm going to say about $400-$450.
I just traded off a 2 year old Kahr PM40 and got close to $400 for it. Traded it for a 4" M28-2, and felt like I got a decent deal.
I've heard the all steel ones are getting more valuable though.

Thanks!...That's about what I thought but wan't too sure. It seems the carbon steel models "don't get no respect" in my neck of the woods. I happen to like blued steel. Maybe I'll just keep it.

Kahr Sale

If it is reliable keep it. Replacement guns are often a **** shoot.
The time spent learning the Kahr will be wasted if you move it by means of sale or swap.

The above criteria works for me.
