We have a pair of feeders in the backyard that attract a lot of birds and squirrels. I've seen up to 8 cardinals on them and we always have mourning doves, blue jays and nutmeg mannikins. Painted buntings should be showing up in the next several weeks. I posted a photo a while ago of a Cooper's hawk sitting on the cross bar waiting to get lucky. But this morning was a real show.
This pair climbed all over the feeders this morning for about 15 minutes. We hear them and see them fly over pretty regularly but this is the first time on the feeders. Hopefully not the last.
Regards,

I have a flock of ten parakeets that visit my bird feeders several times a week. I keep one feeder full of flaxseed and they seem to love it.
