On the fence for a 442

I have a Model 60 and a 351C, both ride in an Uncle Mike's soft holster in my pocket depending on which I am carrying at the time. My 342 AirLite II rode in the same soft holster before I sold it.

I am one of the few people specifically collects 442 and 642. To me, the early "no-dash" variants are very attractive and functional. Too lazy to dig all of those out of the safe right now. But, I can say that this 2005-2006 Model 442-2 is one of my favorites. It has proven itself super reliable with thousands of rounds down range for practice. I have carried regularly many years. Carried it today. I will never pass up a 442 or early 642 if it's a good deal.

Here's he 442-2. It looks a little cleaner in pictures than in hand.

Galco Pro M1588 pocket holster - this gun basically lives in that.

When I choose to IWB/belt carry there is this:

Although I don't have one... That might just be my favorite model of "J Frame" there is... 100% "Snag" proof upon presentation says a lot!

I carry (2) J M442's at time in winter. One strong side right front pocket in a DeSantis Nemesis and the other strong side in a Bianchi belt holster at 4:00 with 2 speed strips (1) in each rear pocket... Makes for a heck of a NY Reload the 2 J's...
