Armed robbery is dangerous, including to the armed robber.
The only thing which could make this story better would be if he were on parole for armed robbery when he was shot, like the late Mr. Buford.

That man saved the taxpayers of Texas hundreds of thousands of dollars that the young thug would have cost us over the years, prosecuting him, imprisoning him, turning him loose, revoking his parole, imprisoning him again, etc., ad infinitum. The CHL holder should receive a reward for performing a valuable civic duty.

There was the same BS here when little Artie Buford got greased trying to rob somebody. Angered that he was called a "thug" in the press, "friends" said that he wasn't a thug because "a thug gives up on life". Newsflash: When you start pointing loaded guns at people and taking things without permission, you've given up on life.

I'm just wondering what the definition of a "good guy" is. Someone who hasn't been arrested in the last month or so, only has to wear the ankle braclet, or what?
