I got new dentures, new hearing aids and now I need a new queen size mattress. Shopping for that is going to be a pain, I hate to shop!

As for the heating aids, I should have gotten them several years ago. Just got a medium priced pair and they have more features than I will use. It is surprising the things that I have missing. You also hear some stuff that you would rather miss. Hearing the sounds that occur as you pull the the trigger and the hammer falls is GOOD.

About 5 yrs ago I talked my wife into getting hearing aids, what a mistake that was, now when I say something under my breath, she says I heard that. [emoji46]

Ya need to get tuned up once in a while.
About the mattress. I tried a Select Comfort/Sleep Number bed, after hearing Paul Harvey advertising them long ago. Been great for us, and the one in our guest room gets rave reviews from visitors.

I inherited Dad's king size sleep number bed and his bedroom after he passed away several years ago. I topped it with 4inches of memory foam which I replace every few years and love it. The wall side of the bed has a air leak but the dogs don't seem to mind.

We've been through them all over the last 30 years, but we made the right choice ten years ago and bought three Sleep Number beds - one for her, one for me, and one for guests. My wife has had lower back problems all her life and major invasive back surgery nine years ago. Back was fine for three years, then the pain came back, and she isn't about to have the next-stage "rods-and-pins" style surgery this time.

She has decided to live with the pain, but sings the praise of how the Sleep Number bed helps her deal with it. I had the most expensive Stearns & Foster mattress money can buy, and I started to have back pain - my Sleep Number bed turned that into history right away, and I sleep refreshed every night with NO back pain (I'm 78, she's 70). Yes, they're expensive, but what makes them different is that THEY WORK. :)
