just a FYI...S&W 15-22 mags will work in other .22 AR's that use the black-dog mag, but the 15 22 will not accept black dogs...

Recommended compatible .22 AR conversion units and other firearms:
Ciener/Atchisson
Model 1 Sales
Spikes Tactical
Tactical Solutions
Target Master
Kel-Tec PLR22
Sig Sauer 522
CMMG .22 Kit
Not guaranteed to work with any application not listed here. Will NOT work with Colt .22, S&W M&P15-22, Carbon-15, & Olympic Arms

dang and it looks like a winner to

thanks for the info guys. i just went ahead and ordered 2 S&W ones from 44mag. $41 shipped for the 2, not too bad and everyone raves about the quick shipping and good customer service.

I also went and purchased 4 mags from them I couldn't pass up the price and flat delivery charge.

Why would you say that? They cost at least twice as much as real S&W AR15-22 magazines.

What did who say and what cost twice as much??? The black dogs are not compatible and cost $15 and the Smith's cost around $18 to $20 shipped or in retail stores. Just unsure of what you're referring to.

I bought the S & W 15-22 mags

4 SWMP2225 S&W .22lr 25rd M&P15 -22 Magazine Smith and Wesson $71.96

Subtotal: $71.96
Shipping Rate: $5.00
Total: $76.96

much cheaper then I can get these locally

I likes the stainless steel feed on those mags better then the plastic on S & W but it doesn't matter because they don't work with our 15-22.
