Optic Cut is Canted Forward

I have a shield plus carry comp and the optic cut is canted forward, because of this there is not enough elevation on my EPS Carry. Any suggestions on where to get the millworker done that is reliable and somewhat quick turnaround time?

There are some companies that make shims for optics to help with this problem. I had to use one of these shims, myself, when mounting an optic on my Sig P210. I got my Shield Plus's sloped cut leveled and converted to Holosun K by Nameless Armament. I'm satisfied with the work, but it took about a month altogether.

It's worth a shot, but the potential issue with this is that the angle may be considered in-spec with the medicore Crimson Trace optic that they used to bundle with some Shield SKUs.

An S&W rep suggested that I send my slide to C&H, who also offer the leveling/Holosun K service. I decided to go with Nameless partly because I was annoyed with the fitment of the last C&H plate (509 ACSS for M&P 2.0) that I bought.

I guess if their specs are bad they produce bad parts. This bugs the crap out of me as a former manufacturing manager. Sending it to them at least makes them see the problems their bad specs create.
