Optimum Buffer and Action Spring for the M&P-10?

Anyone play with buffer weights and action springs to get an optimum combo for the M&P-10?

I called heavy buffer and purchased what they recommended. Im running a Saker 762 suppressor. With that said, Im still working out the bugs, trying different ammo, being aware of the temperature, etc, because my rifle stovepipes with suppressor even with the xheavy buffer probably from over gassing, now, without suppressor shooting 180 grain Remington corlkt, the rifle is smooth with very little recoil. It will not function with the 149gr XM ammo with xheavy buffer or even with suppressor. I did order a flat spring from Dave Tubb.
