Well, they changed the layout. Opened the "other" big room so the line is inside in the cool. I like it. Snipers on the inside of along the rail trying to buy carry ins cheap and then walking the show to flip them later. AR's slung over the shoulder are already making appearances, but $1500 seemed to be the bottom price. Since Shoot Straight had AR's new for $100 less, those guys are going home tired with gun in hand. Lots of interesting S&W's of all flavors, most lacking boxes, accessories, and condition did not match price. The "big" S&W table in the center of the big room had many very nice, overpriced S&W's. The long barrel Registered magnum with letter was in nice condition but $8K was out of my range. Don't know if it was "correct" as I am not an advanced collector. .22 ammo was still astronomical but 100 CCI MiniMags were down to $30 from $35 last go round. Bricks were down to $80 from $100 but .16/rd is still outrageous. Still, they were moving. Ran into our old buddy Sal and wonder of wonders, he was empty handed as was I. Dick didn't make the drive but for him it's 200+ mi R/T so we'll forgive him. Spent a total of $18 for admission, $15 for 3 rugs and a nylon IWB holster and $25 for lunch for me and my son. He said "Excellent day" and that made it all worth it. Joe
