Other than guns, let's see your "other" S&W stuff....

Came across this while re-arranging the workshop and looking for other items; must have been a match prize or something, 'cause it's not anything I would have bought!:)

Back in the the 80's, I had a shirt that said " A Smith & Wesson beats four Aces"

If I understood correctly, these pins were given to members attending the Annual Meeting and Symposium in the early days, instead of S&W challenge coins. Apprarently the enamel over copper plate pin looked very amateurish, and a lot of members were extremely unhappy with it, to the point that Mr. Jinks wrote apoligiy letters to members that hated it. I must say, it's...different. However this is what makes true collectors items; not embellished "limited editions."

These are membership badges, like the ones you buy today.

Speaking of "limited edition" items; how about this gun magazine ad selling a gawdy Taurus disguised as a commemorative S&W Victory Model for big bucks? I feel sorry for the families of WWII vets who bought them for Dad as a special present.PXL_20231217_232330438~2.jpg

A few posters.
We had these in range facility in the 1990’s. I found one on eBay and the other of FB Marketplace.
