Ruthie and I, along with our youngest and her brood, headed to NW Montgomery County, Ohio to see a horse show in which our youngest granddaughter was entered.

This is the organization that put it on:





They focus on working with youngsters with ASD (JR is on the bubble as is Anna).

It was the perfect weather for a most heartwarming and touching display of compassion and kindness.

The joy on those children's faces will stay with me forever.

My pride overfloweth for Anna and all who participated in this showcase of tenderness.

What a feel good thread. I have always loved horses. Just about the most beautiful living thing on Earth is a horse running at full gallop. To see these youngsters have the opportunity to interact in such a close personal way just fills me up.
 
A female farrier ? Something you don't see too often ! The only way that could have been better is if they had a range there also .
