The very name of the Bloomberg funded organization is deceptive --- Mayors Against Illegal Guns. They are not focused on "illegal guns" (Ever hear them demand enforcement of existing federal law against possession or attempted gun purchases by prohibited possessors? Of course not.). They are all about making all guns illegal. Anti-gun politicians like these necessarily rely on lies, deceit, skewed or phony "statistics", etc., because any examination of the truth reveals them to be duplicitous frauds, their arguments specious, their morals and integrity corrupted.

Please feel free to pass my assessment along to "your dumb mayor", and please, put an end to his political career at the next election, if he can't be recalled in the meantime.

Heck, I'm against illegal guns and so are about all of the people I know. What makes it special that a mayor is against illegal guns? What they are doing is classic bait and switch. At some point the word 'illegal' will drop out and it will just be 'mayors against guns'.

Sad to say that our mayor is also on the list. Even sadder is the fact that he is my cousin. Like an earlier thread has mentioned,"You can pick your friends,but you can't pick your family." FWIW,he and I haven't spoken in 20 years,at least.
