Out of State purchase

Are we in the same country or not?
We are not. The US is a union of 50 individual states.

Be careful what you ask for. A national ccw will likely create a license that follows the most restrictive rules. It wuld probably negate any licenses that are already out there until they meet the new rules. I'm pretty sure I don't want that.

I been saying this for eons why don't we have a nationwide ccw permit?
Then we could ccw and buy in any state. Right now each state has different gun laws like we're in another different country in each state. I think we need nation wide equal gun laws. I wish the federal government would step in and in force it with each state. Right now each state beats to a different drum. Are we in the same country or not?

In Ohio one does not need a CCW, an FID, registration, waiting period, or any other sort of cockamamie Gumment rigamarole to own, buy or sell a gun - beyond the Form 4473 - which is only needed on purchases from retailers.

If I have cash and you have a gun for sale, it's a private matter between the two of us. I don't even want to know your name.

And we Buckeyes would like to keep it that way, if it's all the same to you.
