OWB HOLSTER FOR J-FRAME?

Thought I'd update this thread - in case anyone else is on the fence about leather for their favorite J frame.

Sorry, no pics yet...

Been wearing the Andrews "Saddle Style" mentioned (black / 1.75" belt) in my OP, for a few weeks now. Very nice workmanship. Rides high enough to conceal well (no concealment issues what so ever) under a loose T shirt. Very secure, but presents effortlessly.

The suede lining is a nice touch.

Oh yeah, comfortable enough for all day / every day carry, too!

Mr. Andrews is one of the good guys, & I'd recommend his J-Frame Saddle Style holster - without reservation!

I have the Andrews owb for jframe and a Glock 19. Also have 4 of his iwb McDaniel 2 holsters. Great holsters, some of the best I have owned. I highly recommend them.

I use a Front Line LKZ paddle holster for my 642,however, I have found that any quality holster can function well if the belt and belt slots on the holster are the same. I have really good holsters in my bottom drawer that are not comfortable because they move around on the belts I have bought. All my favorite OWB holsters are Lobo enhanced pancakes coupled with quality gun belts.

Nice to see more nice words for Lobo. I'm working with Mark Fedders on an Enhanced Pancake for my M&P 340 that will ride on my 1 3/4" belt. Mark's been great to work with.

Tucker & Byrd makes a very nice one, he's probably at the gun show in Robstown this weekend. You might find one right there.
