Just installed a set of Pachmayr wraparound grips on my old 469 and wow did they increase the girth! It feels almost like an M9 grip now, but it shoots great. Anybody else out there in S&W land have any experience with these grips?

When I bought my 669, the previous owner put wrap-around Pachs on it. It made the grip feel like it was housing two mags side-by-side! Just way too fat. I located the original Delrin grips and put them back on. Aesthetically, I think the gun looks better in its original configuration. Just my opinion.

I have them on my 439 and yes, it makes the grip fatter. But on my single stack, it isn't that bad. Good ergonomics and gripability though.

When I bought my 669 ANIB a couple of years ago, it wore the Pachmayr wrap-around grip in photo. The original grips were in the box. I ordered a set of the checkered factory grip with S&W logo from S&W. I like them best of all (see photo). FWIW

I tried the pacymayer's on two of my 469's but
prefer the thinner non-wrap-around Uncle Mike's
rubber grips on my 469's.

Like on Denver Dick's 669, the factory checkered grips
fit nicely on one of my 469's as well.

Nice pics - Love that CHP grip! I kind of like the fatter feel of the Pachmayrs. I've had the weapon 20+ yrs and this is the first change I've made to it since new. It's sort of like having a new gun.

Hi everyone,
I have an opportunity to purchase a SW 659, production date 1988, listed as one of the last off the line. 1 small scape on the trigger, listed by police as never fired, cost $399.00 getting $150.00 trade on my Bersa Thunder 380 total 250 +tx, sounds sweet for my collection. I am not a big 9mm fan. Any issues with the gun, tags or problems anyone had, please let me know.
