How do you like yours so far? Trigger, accuracy, function? Mine's been at S&W for almost 4 weeks as I could NOT get it to group as well as my much lower priced MOE. I tried 15 or so different ammo both by manufacturer and type. My MOE beat it every time. I tried different optics, cheek weld and so on and so forth to no avail. But, it runs like a sewing machine otherwise.

So how's it going for you folks?

They actually took it in for service due to accuracy? Did you suspect the barrel was faulty?

Well, I talked with my local S&W distributer about the problem and they suggested I send it in. I wrote a concise letter detailing what I'd done to date. Worse case scenario is they send it back No Problem Found.
You tell me: if you can't get the gun to group at 50 yds inside 2 inches or more and you know you haven't buggered the barrel in any way(clean from chamber end only, not excessively, muzzle end protected at all times, never been dropped), barrel nut tight, free floating the barrel by removing the end cap, trying different ways to rest the gun and the situation didn't improve, what would this lead you to believe?

What got to me is paying $200 more for a "Performance Center" version, that's out performed each and every time by my MOE.

So, no matter what the outcome, I'm selling it and using the proceeds to recover my costs for my Sporter. I just want S&W's stating the gun is NPF or fixed. I don't and won't knowingly sell a defective gun to someone. Hobie don't roll that way:)

i really hope they can find out what the problem is.. im hitting quarter size groups at about 65 ( give or take a few) yards easily with a cheap barska. i mine is straight outta the box with the reddot and a gripod.

Exactly my point. I'll let y'all know what they tell me. Gun's been gone almost a month now and either that's a good sign or other, I'll post the results.
