MAN i'm stoked. $715 bucks for a performance center 4.25".

couple of questions for you guys who have these. How is the trigger? i see that they lightened it and there's an overtravel stop, but is it any good?

my other pistols all have the apex FSS kits in them. I was just wondering how it compares. And can i swap the trigger out if i don't like it or does the overtravel stop make that impossible?

super stoked about this thing.

I picked mine up yesterday, and love the way it feels. I have an M&P40c with the Apex Carry trigger, and I would have a hard time telling the difference between it and the M&P40 PC that I just picked up.

My only complaint (which applies to Apex triggers, also), is the lack of tactile feedback when the trigger resets. It's a pretty short reset, but no indication when it gets there.

Good to hear man. I wonder if an apex ram would help with that.

I have a full size and compact both in 9mm and a full size in .40. And this one is in 9.

And I just sold a full size and compact lol.

It's here, and it's awesome.

I will be ditching the trigger for an apex though. Even though this feels "better" it's still nowhere near as good as my other 2 with the FSS.

Awesome gun!!!!

I bougth this gun at the same price. When I shot it for yhe first time I was impressed with the trigger and how the ported slide reduce the muzzle flip and recoil.. I had a Pro series before but this performance center edition is way better. I think it worth the money.. Trijicon Rmr is on its way.. here a short video of me shooting the M&P 9mm Performance Center Ported.Leaving Facebook...

i'll tell you what, i cleaned the gun really well and i lubed the trigger parts with fireclean.

Totally different trigger now. night and day better. it had a weird uneven takeup that wasn't quite gritty, but wasn't smooth. that's all gone.
