There's not much of a story about the recent purchase other than my undying respect and love for the 627 family. It all started with discovering the 627-0 a few years ago and giggling over shooting wad cutters through it. But now after shooting a buddy's -1 and -5 models - I think I stumbled onto a real gem with the 6-shot Euro only(?) model 170123. Crazy good balance compared to the -0. My next step is to get it lettered and post a pic or two, but again - You just have to love shooting .38/.357 out of an N Frame.
