Picked up a 10-7 Saturday

Picked up a 10-7 four inch barrel 38 special for little over 3oo most the wear is on right side of gun with handle and some scratches but I felt it needed to be owned so the serial number is 9D10484 if anybody can give me a date made or any info on this gun. Thanks
