Welcome to the 24 club! I found this one this past Valentine’s Day at the Vegas bass Pro. I about soiled my pants when I saw it in the used case. $825 less my vet discount. :D

Still looking for my grail gun - 4" Model 624. But, I don't think any ever made it over the Mississippi River into Arkansas.

I'd have soiled my britches AND dislocated my shoulder grabbing for my wallet. Nice find!

Great looking 6 1/2” 24. I’ve put many rounds through mine and it’s always been a terrific shooting sixgun. I’ve used several different power levels, but there’s a certain amount of “retro” fun shooting standard pressure 750 fps round nosed lead bullets in the big N frame.

I was looking for a 24 for a few years ago with no luck. I finally settled for a 29-3 Model 29, 6" and don't regret it! O.P. Super nice looking 24! Bob

Down to one. I screwed up and sold the fired one and kept the NIB. Now don’t want to pull the trigger on this one.

My late friend of the 60's and 70's carried a 24 which he had shortened to about 3.5 inches. He always used the 246 grain lead factory load and it was very accurate and a ferocious man stopper for him. In those days we all had magnum disease but he never wanted either a 357 or 44 magnum. His was a most magnificent revolver as I am sure yours is. Thanks for sharing.

I found a 4” NOS barrel and had the factory replace the original 6” …
