Mine came with an Uncle Mike's Boot grip that was just terrible on my hand. Ended up replacing it with S&W grips. The porting is not factory but is nicely done as others have told you. I never liked porting and thought it was a big waste, that was before owning a gun that is ported. I have a Taurus 445 in .44 Spl that I bought to keep in the truck. When I fired it at the range I was sold on porting.
