The best!! Long lead time sometimes but worth it.

Mark is the best of the best, and as a result he is perpetually busy.

Understand that going in and you will be exceedingly happy with the quality of his work. He has done several projects for me, and I have another up there in line.

On top of that he a personable guy who listens to the vision of what you want and makes it happen.

My highest recommendation by far.

Super nice guy. He did some trigger work on two of my Ruger Blackhawks, they came out exactly as we discussed.

Yes. He chopped one of my 681 to 3 inches, round butted it, fit a 7 rd cylinder, still have the 6 rd cylinder, and slab sided the barrel.

If you’re in a hurry, go elsewhere. If you want perfection, wait on him.

I sent Mr Hartshorn a message about needing to repair my Dad's Police Revolver with the hammer stud problem I have that he left me.
Hopefully he will get back w me..I have little left from him. His former wife and family got everything
except the memories helping him work on old cars
we did together back then..
Best Randy....

Resurrecting this to ask if anyone has heard from Mark at Pinnacle. He did some work for me last year that was outstanding. He currently has a cylinder of mine and I haven't heard from him in months. I've emailed and called once each but I don't want to pester him. If anyone knows anything please post here or maybe PM me. Thanks.

Thanks for asking the same question I'm wanting to ask. I'm thinking of sending something there so I'm interested in the ins and outs.:) Actually, I just read a notice on his website saying he's not taking any new work.

I’ve had work done by Mark- he added another cylinder to my 627 chambered in 356 TSW IIRc enabling me to shoot 9mm, 38 super, 380, etc. superb work & great communication.

I wanted to engage him on another project, but also saw on his website he wasn’t taking any more work. Hopefully nothing serious & he’ll be back accepting work soon.

Just to update. Mark has had a cylinder of mine for 6 months. I haven't heard a peep. I hope he's ok for sure but I would also like to know if it's time for me to cut my losses and look for replacement parts for the gun. If anyone knows if he's still working through the backlog, or if he's unable to do so, it would be helpful to find out. Post here or send a PM if that would be more appropriate. Thanks for any information.
