Pleasant Experience with S&W Customer Service

Bought a Governor new a couple of months ago, and when shooting all varieties of loads: .45ACP, .45 Long Colt, and Winchester shotshells - impact was significantly left of point of aim, even at "close" distances (like 7 yards). Sure I could have drifted the sight, but at around $700., I expect a little better. Called S&W, they e-mailed a prepaid shipping label, and within 10 days, I had the revolver back with a completely new barrel installed. It now shoots to point of aim, and I'm a happy camper !
