For sale completely restored Colt 38 special 6 shot Trooper blued with a 4 inch barrel.The restoration was completed by a company that did bluing along with Matt Nickel for Colt back in the day, Colt recommended them when I initially called the factory for refinishing, the revolver has less than 100 rounds fired through it prior to restoration, the action on this Trooper is the action that was also used in the earlier Colt Python.
The Trooper has a 5 digit serial number 225xx made in 1960, it comes with a Colt cardboard box that is hinged but it Is Not the original box but correct for the era.
Inside the box is the bore brush and the factory instructions manual for shooting and sighting of the revolver.
The Grips are the correct factory service grips that came with the revolver.
Initially I am looking to sell the revolver but maybe open to trades.
