I'd say your 629 was made in 1994.

Welcome to the forum. Based on the serial number, I'd guess it was made around 1996. It should be a Model 629-4 (on the frame, visible when the cylinder's open). They made a number of variations of that gun and photos or at least a good descriptions will help narrow it down.

It appears to be a 629-4 Classic or a Classic Deluxe. Did it also come with wood Combat stocks and various front sight blades?

How about 1995, + or - a year! Only a letter will tell for sure.
