Please help me date Model 30

Nearby serials were shipping in late 1959 and early 1960.
It's an I frame and became the Model 30-1 in 1961 when it changed to being made on the J frame.
If it wasn't yet stamped Mod 30 it would be known as the Model of 1953 NEW I Frame, 3 screw version. And referred to as a Pre-Model 30.
