Please share your Turducken recipes. Do you substitute Goose for Turkey.?
Ours seems to come out dry all the time.

I've cooked turducken three different times and three different ways. All three times it came out just okay . . . I think it's more of a gimmick\fad food than really something worth all the hassle because they're not all that great.
