Another vote for Mika. I purchased my first ones when he was still on LAPD making them for his co-workers and selling them for $5.00 off a small ad in the police magazine.
Also both Kramer and Milt Sparks make very nice ones but prices are higher than the Desantis and Mika.

Holsters are like potato chips - you can't have just one.

Nemesis, etc. are good, and I do use them, but I second the suggestion of getting something fit to the gun. I always start with the mass produced type to make sure the gun/carry method work for me before ordering one fit to the gun. Then, I have at least two holsters.

El Paso Saddlery makes an excellent horsehide pocket holster. Other makers use horsehide too. Horsehide makes a fantastic pocket holster. Don Hume makes a nice pocket holster for bigger guns (stuff not on the typical list of pocket guns) like the .45 Shield.

The more I looked into safe pocket carry, the more strongly I felt about making sure the holster is a rigid plastic, kydex, or leather vs a soft foam and cloth/nylon style. I think this is especially important for Glock and M&P type pistols that are striker fired with a short and light pull. "Safety first!"

I recommend the Vedder pocket locker.

. I have tried several of the soft pocket holsters and find that the Vedder is the best type of holster. They are made for the gun you have and fit perfectly. With the thumb push off tab my Glock 43 snaps right out of my pocket.

I been using a recluse cargo pocket holster for a couple years now with my wig 365. By only securing the rear cargo button it keeps the gun in place. While still providing easy access and draw. Its definitely a compromise and it does swing a little. But its great while seated.

Another vote for the Blue Force pocket holster. I got one for my 340PD, replacing the Galco, and appreciate its very thin construction & light weight.

I've always wanted to try one of these but I always keep thinking that it's a holster that is thin and comfortable but prints very badly.

Sammy, I have a Kramer, too, and like it, but I gotta say, unlike my Mika, when I pull my 640-1 out of my pocket, the holster comes with it unless I fiddle with it for a while.

I recommend the DeSantis Nemesis Pocket Holster.

This right there, it's what I use when I pocket carry my M&P 9c.

It fits in the pocket well and always stays there when you draw your pistol.

That being said, almost any well designed pocket holster will also fit the bill, which is why so many people swear by what they, themselves, are using.

It's interesting how different people have different results with the same holster. I had a Nemesis. It came out of the pocket with the gun almost every time. It printed badly when it was in the pocket.
And it was with a much smaller gun. A bodyguard 380.

Just ordered an Alabama holster for my 340pd. The sticky holster and nemesis don't stay in my pocket well when I draw my gun.

For the past several years, I've been carrying an M&P 340 in a Mika Pocket Holster....It doesn't print...in Levi's or Dress Pants...With the Mika, You can properly grip the Pistol in the Holster and draw, ready to fire....Holster remains in the pocket.
