Pocket Watches. Am I the only one?

I got my 992B cheap from someone who didn't understand "lever set". It came with a silver plated 3 piece case that I replaced with a stainless case. I have it serviced by Mark Sirianni in PA but haven't worn it much since I got an Apple Watch.

These are the two pocket watches that I own. The one on the left says Remington but I bought it at walmart. I have no idea if it's any connection to the Remington firearms company. But it's 25 years old and it still works. I think I only paid $20 for it.

The second one is the same Timex Expedition picture above. I bought it off eBay as a retirement gift for myself. I guess I didn't really think that purchase through.

I carry them in my t-shirt pocket under my outer shirt. Like I said I really don't like taking my phone out in public.

I have three pocket watches but my favorite is the one my grandfather gave me back in 1975 when I was a youngster, making it about 50 years old. I carry it on dress up occasions.

It'll be time to hand it off to my grandson in a year or two.
