I have used Flitz and Mothers Mag polish on feed ramps in the past. To me Flitz is slightly more abrasive and Mothers puts a higher shine on the surface.
While I normally never use a Dremel tool on any firearm, polishing a feed ramp is where I make an exception and will use it. But I am not attempting to remove all marks, just to improve the surface. The feed ramp isn't as critical a surface as many others are. But I only use one of the small diameter felt pads. Never any kind of abrasive wheel. With the correct diameter pad, the polishing can be quickly done.
