Go on any website that caters to gun owners and do a search for speed loaders. Chances are that Uplula will pop up as your first option. Maybe you bought something else some years ago. If it works for you there's no reason to buy anything else because of others opinions. Doesn't make yours the best or second best.
So what's your preference or what did you end up buying?
It may be semantics but there is a difference in terminology when referring to items used to facilitate loading a firearm. Go to your favorite website for ordering supplies. In the search box type in "speedloader" (one word) and you'll get results for loading revolvers. Type in "speed loader" (two words) and you'll get results mainly for semi autos.
So now you know the difference. You're welcome.
Why the need for "speedy loading" a magazine...
No, that's not the difference at all.
HKS is a brand and their products are specifically called speedloaders. They make them for magazines and revolvers. Uplula calls their product magazine loaders. Put all the spaces in there that you want or don't want, but speedloader is the proper term for HKS's speed loading line. Please feel free to investigate this with the actual manufacturers of these products. You're asking for Coke when you really mean Pepsi and then telling us that we're wrong.
You're welcome.
Try again,Bucko!!
HKS might have coined the term "speedloader" but that doesn't mean it is used universally for all firearms. I went to their webpage and found that they have no qualms about using whatever language they want to describe mag loaders.
Uplula's are called "mag loaders" but recognized as "speed loaders" as in "To load with speed".
Below are two pics from HKS website to prove my point but in reality it's still just semantics.
BTW, I prefer Pepsi over Coke.![]()
lol okay. Please keep editing your images to make your point out of context and then double down on that. Here's your image unedited and back in context.

"End the debate." Hahaha. That's funny!
