The Wife(and I) are asking forum members if they can Help POPS.
He is an older dog that was Rescued from an Illinois Kill Shelter.
He is safe at TopDogCountryClub in Minnesota.

As I understand, his surgery is today.
The surgery is not cheap and funds are needed.
