Mosques and web sites. Many mosques in the US and elsewhere are recruiting depots for radical Islam.

Way too complex to explain here, but I highly recommend "The Grand Jihad" for details of how the Muslim Brotherhood works to help terrorism.

Thats what I mean as well--they start off as"normal" people but-even because of mosques and websites--they seem to not have any brains to think for themselves.

I can get angry abiut somehting but--imnot fanatical.

I would have to think that there is a certain personality type that is attracted to Islam and susceptible to indoctrination. I read a report yesterday that a lot of young Hispanic women are converting. Apparently there is something in a religion that dictates ever aspect of your life that appeals to some people.

The same kind that joins any cult, be it the Nazi Party, the People's Temple, any communist party or Heaven's Gate.

They're angry but weak and inadequate people looking for something that'll not only validate their rage, but justify them turning it against others.

Angry failures often gravitate toward other angry failures. Give them an opportunity to lash out at people for whom they blame their failure, and there's no limit to that of which they're capable.

ISIS is evil, but either of the other two killed more in any given day than they have this year.

ISIS is at the Babi Yar/Katyn stage. They haven't reached the Sobibor/Kolyma stage... yet.

It's not just the mosques and websites. Most of what they take to heart comes straight from the Qur'an.
