The idea is that you have to transfer the picture to one of the online
public hosting websites, like Photobucket, for example. Then, you pick
up the address of the picture (on that site), and put it in your
message, as though it were a link to the picture.

The software on this forum-site will automatically open the picture if
the link is prefixed with

. It won't
do this while you are creating the message, but it will do it when the
message is being read by anyone.
