I have been to Arnold's many times. While not street legal the motorized tub is allowed to be driven in parades in downtown Cincy.

@Rustyt1953: I'm not surprised you'd know the place. One of the classical music hosts at Minnesota Public Radio told me about it. I think his wife worked there while at uni. After 163 years, they obviously know what they're doing.
