Powder found at Goodwill! Question...

I just think that's funny, finding powder at Goodwill. I wouldn't doubt some stores would of called in the haz-mat team for that powder.

Here in the PRK there would have been a 3 square block evacuation, yellow tape everywhere, news crews, politicians in cute little EOD jackets...
