Yes. All the weights will shoot just fine in your AR its just that a 1/9 favors the 50-69gr over the 70+ grain. They tend to stabilize better thus giving you better accuracy but they will all work just fine. In fact some 1/9 stabilize the heavier stuff just as well. It all comes down to your particular rifle and ammo
