They say if you do something over and over, that you will finally get the idea and do it right or at least to someones liking.
Well on this attempt, I must have done something right, because the little lady was too busy eating to say a word to me, for the first three bites.
She even asked me to cut off a little more for seconds !!

no ketchup or steak sauce was used on this hunk of meat that was placed on the table.
I might take it to 150* if it would be for sandwiches, since it might cut a little easier but this turned out a red/pink medium rare, that just came in under the wire to make the wife happy on the cooked side.
