Recently diagnosed with bladder cancer. Going in for a PET scan tomorrow to see where there is more, if any. Hoping for a good outcome. This is supposed to be a very aggressive cancer.

So sorry for the diagnosis, David. Rest assured there are lots of treatments these days. I did pray for you and will continue. We are all in God's wonderful hands whether a day or a hundred years.
Sorry to hear it, there are great treatments these days though. My wife and I have both had bouts of melanoma but quick actions by the docs eliminated them. Best wishes for quick resolution and healing.

Don't sweat it too much if it has not progressed too far. I've had bladder cancer on and off since 1998. Sometimes it was aggressive, sometimes not so much. You should be getting a cystoscopy - way better than a scan. I've had so many I've lost count but dozens for sure! If you are scheduled for that send me a PM and I'll tell you how to handle it. I have never been anesthetized for a cystoscopy but you can do that if you are afraid. They do not hurt - they are uncomfortable and, happily, brief! It's a family show here so I'll omit details but, trust me, you can handle it.
