May the Lord bless and strengthen you and your family at this time.
Recently diagnosed with bladder cancer. Going in for a PET scan tomorrow to see where there is more, if any. Hoping for a good outcome. This is supposed to be a very aggressive cancer.
Prayers and Blessings upon you. I have two close friends that have been fighting bladder c for the past two years, and it has required them both to watch it closely and treat it repeatedly, including surgeries for one of them. Peace and Blessings!Recently diagnosed with bladder cancer. Going in for a PET scan tomorrow to see where there is more, if any. Hoping for a good outcome. What he said.Don't sweat it too much if it has not progressed too far. I've had bladder cancer on and off since 1998. Sometimes it was aggressive, sometimes not so much. You should be getting a cystoscopy - way better than a scan. I've had so many I've lost count but dozens for sure! If you are scheduled for that send me a PM and I'll tell you how to handle it. I have never been anesthetized for a cystoscopy but you can do that if you are afraid. They do not hurt - they are uncomfortable and, happily, brief! It's a family show here so I'll omit details but, trust me, you can handle it.
There are several treatments. I won't detail those here, either, but you can handle it!
Good luck!!!
Will do,,my best.Recently diagnosed with bladder cancer. Going in for a PET scan tomorrow to see where there is more, if any. Hoping for a good outcome. This is supposed to be a very aggressive cancer.
This is what Chemotherapy for my bladder cancer did to me; UPDATE My arm fully recovered. Glad i did it now. Its a fight to the death, but you can win. NEVER EVER give up.
Praying for the OP and anyone with this awful disease. The power of Prayer CANNOT be discounted! I had many prayer warriors on my side.
Hey, Dave: My father in law got the same diagnosis in his 70's. He left earth at the age of 99; there is hope. It's a good time to read Hebrews 2:9 in particular, but read the whole chapter AFTER your prayer for Him to open your heart so He can write those Scriptures on it. If you read it like you read every word in a reloading manual, you'll be good to go.Recently diagnosed with bladder cancer. Going in for a PET scan tomorrow to see where there is more, if any.
