My Wife and I just prayed.

My 62 year old wife of 26 years has just been told she has Non Hodgkin Lymphoma. They have a few more test to do but it looks like she will be starting radiation treatment for 5 days a week for 3 weeks.

I'd like to ask you all for prayers for her .I'll do my best to support her through this ordeal.

I know you all are a great bunch of caring people so thanks in advance.

Been there, done that My wife had it at 30 yrs old and with the lack of meds that they had back then, she still lived 13 yrs, don't give up on her or lose hope meds are changing every day

A bit of a update. Tomorrow she will go in to have a full head mask made that will only allow part of her nose to be exposed for the radiation . On Friday she will have a full body pet scan to see if the cancer is anywhere else before the radiation treatment starts on the 9th of OCT..

Thanks again for all the prayers.
P/S Is was just told of a good friend that passed from cancer on Friday it only took a year from the time he was diagnosed.
