Pre-1980s revolvers S&W should have made in normal production!!

My choices would have included a 29 5", a 57 5" and a 25 5" in both 45ACP and 45LC, all P&R...

What say you?

I'd agree on the 3" M-19 as well as a five inch in the 19/66 models.

Same for the 5" in the N frames.

I like the idea of the Model 25 in a 5" length in .45 Colt. As long as it had .452 throats for the cylinder.

I don't care about recessed cylinders as they are harder to clean, even if they look better, but they weren't offered on non-magnums anyway (except .22). I do like the barrel pin, even though it too is superfluous.

What I like best about the era is the beautiful bluing.
