Pre Model Combat Masterpiece

Hi:
I have a pre model Combat Masterpiece with a four inch barrel. If I want to install a two inch or six inch barrel, is the barrel threads the same on later Model manufacture barrels ?

All K-frame threads should be the same. N, J, and L-frame barrels won't fit. One thing to consider with shorter barrels is your ejector. The one you have now is not going to work with a 2-inch barrel.

Jimmy the snub 15 had a wide barrel rib where yours has the narrow rib barrel (lower one in pic below),
Since the frame was notched a wide rib barrel wont look right right cosmetically.

The only option besides the 4" Model 15 up to 15-4 barrel would be a 6" barrel from a narrow rib Masterpiece which was discontinued in 1954 in favor of the wide rib Heavy Masterpiece.
