Pre-War Paperwork?

I have several copies of the "caution card" that came with certain pre-war guns. In one of my pre-war boxes, I have the green "guarantee card" as well. Does anyone know what vintage guns shipped with the green card? In all my many boxes and guns, this is the only green guarantee card that I have come across.

I have the same green card it came in a box for a registered Mag.

Thanks. I think the card came in one of my Reg Mag or K-22 O/D boxes. I just cannot remember. I've seen a bunch of pre-war boxes and displays over the years (probably not anywhere near as many as you have seen), but this is the only one that I have seen.
